NEOSTEK CEO Advises DHS at Reverse Industry Day

Amina Elgouacem, President and CEO of NEOSTEK, was selected to advise the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at their Reverse Industry Day Plenary Session entitled “Demystification of the Private Sector”. Ms. Elgouacem, accompanied by Senior Project Manager Lisa Vignerot, joined a panel representing software, hardware, and solution providers to the government. Panelist companies ranged in size from small firms to large Fortune 500 businesses.

The panel discussed the intersection of the government buying cycle and industry’s bidding decisions and practices. The Government seeks to improve the efficacy of the contracts it awards in achieving the intended results. This Reverse Industry Day is part of DHS’s Acquisition Innovations in Motion (AIiM) initiative. NEOSTEK is honored to have been selected to participate.
